Propulsion International to Provide Engine Finance and Maintenance Solutions for TPE 331-12JR Caravan Conversions

Turn-Key Financing Package Will Also Include PI’s Group Maintenance Plan

Colorado Springs, CO — June 20, 2012 — Propulsion International (PI) has announced that it will provide financing as low as 5.5% for Cessna Caravan operators who choose to retrofit their airplanes with Honeywell TPE331-12JR powerplants–and will offer its Group Maintenance Plan (GMP) coverage, as well. “Up to 100% financing is available for this turn-key conversion package, including acquisition, installation and STC certification of the more efficient and powerful TPE331-12JR on the Cessna 208 turboprop, and operators can reduce their payments even further by using the core value of the removed engine as a deposit,” said Chad Ahrens, Chief Executive Officer of Propulsion International.

Press Release – Lowering the Costs For DO228 Fleet Operators

International Airborne Solutions (IAS) of Colorado, who represents RUAG in North America for the marketing and sale of the Dornier 228 New Generation aircraft and Propulsion International (PI) of California have signed a joint sales and marketing agreement introducing the TPE331 engine Group Maintenance Plan (GMP), to Dornier 228 fleet operators.

Offered is PI’s low-cost GMP backed by Honeywell, the engine manufacturer. Covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, GMP eliminates unpredictable high-cost engine repairs and the risk of unforeseen events while preserving engine/aircraft value.

Group Mx Plan Offered for TPE331 Operators

Propulsion International has rolled out a new group maintenance plan (GMP) for operators of aircraft powered by Honeywell’s TPE331-10 (and higher dash numbers). One of the first programs offered is for owners of Twin Commander turboprops, but Propulsion International is also offering GMP to Mitsubishi MU-2 and other TPE331 owners, including fleet operators. At last year’s NBAA Convention, Propulsion International announced that it signed a 10-year agreement with Honeywell to back up GMP by covering the engine’s hot section, gearbox and LRUs .
